No recomiendo este alojamiento Positive: Es una pena que un alojamiento tan cómodo y céntrico esté tan mal gestionado Negative: La llegada fue un desastre, el sistema de la puerta falló, tuve que esperar con el equipaje en el descansillo, el teléfono no lo atienden, en el chat son lentísimos, al final consiguieron abrir la puerta pero tres personas estuvimos dos días con un solo usuario para abrirla. La TV tampoco funcionó en los dos días y tampoco se hizo nada

Positive: The apartment was modern and spacious, 2 large double bedrooms with ensuite a single bedroom with pull out mattress separate living room and kitchen. Quiet location, We walked to the Bernabeau stadium which took 30 mins, 12 min walk to the metro Negative: Location was quite a way out of the city centre, we did need to catch a taxi city but was relatively cheap with bolt - around €8 Retiro park was a 45 min walk and again 7-8 euros in a taxi

This was an experience that seriously mismatched the description. Our group stayed at this apartment, and the actual experience differed greatly from what the host promised prior to booking: 1. False information on bathrooms. The host explicitly stated that all three bathrooms were equipped with both a toilet and a shower. In reality, only two had a shower — the third had a toilet only. This made it impossible for us to assign rooms reasonably, especially for one couple who ended up having to use that incomplete bathroom, with the corresponding room being extremely small as well. 2. Air conditioning was seriously inadequate. I confirmed the AC situation with the host multiple times before check-in, and each time he assured me that every room had independent temperature controls. However, only one of the three rooms actually had an AC unit — the other two had no cooling facilities at all. The remote control for the living room AC was also missing or broken, leaving us with only one AC in the kitchen to cool the entire apartment. Fortunately, the apartment was relatively cool by itself, otherwise the situation would have been unbearable. 3. No blankets/duvets were provided at all, and the host's attitude was inconsistent and evasive. Upon check-in, we found no blankets or duvets anywhere. When we contacted the host, he gave four different responses in succession: first he insisted that they had already been provided (we searched every closet and found nothing); then he changed his story and said we could contact them if we needed replacements, but when I asked for new ones to be delivered, he gave a third excuse — that they had been put away because of the hot weather in Madrid; finally, he simply stopped replying and ignored our requests altogether. We were forced to sleep with towels throughout our stay, which made it impossible to get a good night's rest, and some of us even caught colds and developed coughs.
